Recruiting on behalf of a very busy recycling company based in the Cannockarea.
Experience in recycling would be an advantage but not essential.
Full training will be given on the role.
9am-5pm (there will be some weekend work)
Responsibilities:
- Collect and dispose of waste materials according to established procedures and guidelines
- Operate waste management equipment such as compactors, balers, and shredders
- Sort and separate recyclable materials from general waste
- Ensure proper handling and storage of hazardous materials
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of waste collection areas
- Monitor waste levels and report any issues or concerns to supervisor
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to all relevant regulations
