Our client is seeking a dynamic Key Account Manager to join their team based in Cannock. This role focuses on nurturing existing client relationships and expanding product sales within a designated territory.

  • Salary: Competitive base salary with a rewarding commission structure.
  • Monday to Friday: 07:30 to 16:30 (When based in the office)

The Role:

As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing a strategic sales plan for your territory
  • Conducting regular client visits to build rapport and trust
  • Performing account reviews and identifying opportunities for growth
  • Managing client appointments, including preparation of samples and presentations
  • Resolving client issues and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure team productivity and accountability

The Candidate:

The ideal Key Account Manager will have:

  • Proven experience in account management or sales
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • A proactive approach to identifying and seizing opportunities
  • Competence in handling account administration and reporting
  • Valid UK Driving Licence
