Are you a passionate and resilient SEN Science Teacher looking to make a real difference? We have an exciting opportunity to join a supportive and dedicated team in an SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) and Behaviour-focused school. This role will be a long term role starting from January 2025.

About the Role:
As a Science Teacher in this specialized setting, you will:
Deliver engaging and tailored Science lessons to students with SEMH needs and challenging behaviours.
Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment, ensuring all students can thrive academically and personally.
Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to create individualized learning plans.
Support students' social and emotional development alongside their academic progress.

About You:
The ideal candidate will:
MUSTHold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent teaching qualification.
Have teaching experience in the UK
Have a strong background in Science and the ability to deliver the curriculum effectively.
Demonstrate experience (or a keen interest) in working with students with SEMH needs and challenging behaviours.
Possess excellent classroom management skills and a calm, empathetic approach.
Be passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of young people.
