Senior CRM Consultant - West Midlands - 90,000 per annum

DCS Technology in partnership with our client who are a Microsoft Gold Partner and consultancy we are searching for a Senior CRM Consultant to join their rapidly growing team based in the Midlands.

Role overview:

As Senior CRM Consultant, you will vital in leading on the development of clients CRM product stream, from managing the governance and operational delivery of projects to road mapping future CRM strategy.

What will you get up to?

  • Supporting sales: Collaborating and assisting sales team colleagues in completing all pre-sales activities and documentation.
  • Inspire as a leader: In-partnership with HR, effectively recruit, manage, coach and run 1-2-1's with direct reports.
  • Be a team player: Act as point of escalation to project managers and junior consultants in complex consultancy queries.
  • Cross-functional communication: Liaise with business SME's in teams such as sales and marketing to create effective and informative content to maximise customer engagement.
  • Start to finish: Act as a key point of contact for projects managing the capacity, performance and progress of CRM business.
  • Hit the deadlines: Work to self-set and SLA deadlines to effectively manage customer expectations and deliver quality services.

What will you bring?

  • Proven experience within a pre-sales or similar position working with Dynamics 365
  • Deep in-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 products/solutions
  • Hold qualifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 functions.
  • Strong communication skills both verbally and written
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with diverse stakeholders of all seniority levels
  • Comfortable and confident in public speaking and delivering presentations
  • Ability to work well in a fast paced and dead-line driven environment
  • Customer-centric and collaborative approach to working
  • Key eye for detail and time management skills
  • Demonstrable experience in NFP or public sectors is highly desirable.
