A well-established and rapidly expanding automotive company is seeking a PDI / Sales Preparation Vehicle Technician to support the growth of its sales department. This is a key role in getting vehicles ready for resale and ensuring they meet high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • General Servicing and Light Mechanical Repairs: Carry out standard servicing and minor repairs, such as brakes, suspension, and head unit replacements.
  • PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection): Perform thorough inspections to ensure vehicles meet quality standards for resale.
  • Vehicle Preparation: Get used vehicles retail-ready, completing final quality checks and performing light mechanical repairs as necessary.
  • Diagnose and Repair: Follow manufacturer guidelines to diagnose and repair vehicles to a high standard.

Who We're Looking For:

  • Level 2 or Level 3 Technician: Whether you are a semi-skilled technician seeking to expand your skills or a fully qualified technician, we encourage you to apply.
  • MOT License (optional but desirable): If you hold an MOT license, you will receive an additional £2,000 per year. We'll help keep your license up to date by providing MOT work.
  • Team-Oriented: Enjoy working as part of a friendly and supportive team, where help is always available when needed.
  • Full Driving Licence required - no more than 6 points.
