Junior Estimator - Pipe fitter or Building Services Engineer

We are searching for a Junior Mechanical Estimator to join a well-established design and build M&E contractor in Cannock.

You must have either a pipe fitter background and keen to come "off the tools" or qualified to HNC or degree in Building Services Engineering.

The Role

• Typically office based
• Reviewing tenders, designs estimating costs; labour, materials and sub-contractor costs
• Project values 250K - 4M
• Nationwide projects; major retail & hotel chains, industrial warehouses, commercial buildings

Hours: Monday - Thursday (Apply online only), Friday (Apply online only)

Requirements

• Either pipefitter experience or Qualified in Building Services Engineering
• Strong literacy and numeracy

Package

• Salary around 35K
• 25 days holidays
• Pension
