- Posting monthly journals, reconciliation of payroll related balance sheet accounts.
- Preparing month end management accounts, accruals and prepayments.
- Overseeing the aged debtors and reconciling to trial balance.
- Configure training for the planned roll-out of the full purchase ordering system capability.
- Assisting budget managers with budget reports.
- Responsible for quality checking VAT Returns.
- Statutory Reporting to Government organisations.
- Assist with the preparation of the annual statutory accounts and fixed assets.
- Assist with the preparation of the three year rolling budget, including the creation of nominal codes, updating templates, consolidation of reports and data analysis.
- Ability to support other roles within the finance department if needed.Â
- The successful candidate will preferably be AAT qualified or ACA/ACCA/CIMA part qualified.
- Have previous in a similar position.
- Experience in Sage 200 and accounting software.
- Be able to communicate clearly and effectively.
