Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage audit assignments from planning through to completion.
  • Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with UK GAAP.
  • Provide high-quality audit and accounting services to clients.
  • Supervise and mentor junior staff members.
  • Liaise with clients to ensure their needs are met and provide expert financial advice.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within an accountancy practice.
  • ACA/ACCA qualified or part-qualified.
  • Must live a commutable distance from the Canterbury area.
  • Strong technical knowledge of audit and accounting standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
