- Manage and oversee the accounting team, providing guidance and support.
- Conduct financial analysis and prepare reports to assist in decision-making processes.
- Liaise with clients to provide expert financial advice and address any queries.
- Ensure timely completion of audits and tax returns.
- Implement and maintain robust financial controls and procedures.
- Stay updated with changes in accounting standards and regulations.
- ACCA/ACA/Qualified by Experience (QBE) or Part Qualified (PQ).
- Proven experience in a similar role within a public practice environment.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
