A client based in Canterbuy is recruiting for an Accounts Assistant to work in a small team - This role offers hybrid working, hours Monday to Friday 9am - 530pm. To apply for this role you must have previous accounts experience of studying AAT level 3 or 4.

OVERVIEW OF ROLE

To provide assistance to the Accounts Manager on aspects of the Canterbury Client Account.

  • Banking (Cardnet, Worldpay, Cash & Cheque)
  • Input Contractor Invoices
  • Payments of landlords and contractors
  • Arrears Management
  • Bank Reconciliation
    • Arrears Management
    • Prepare Landlords Statements
    • Prepare Contractor Remittance Advice
    • Register Deposits

SKILLS REQUIRED

  • High standard of written and spoken English, especially grammar and spelling
  • High level of concentration, accuracy, and attention to detail
  • Self-motivated with a methodical and organised approach
  • Able to effectively prioritise and multi-task
  • Excellent people skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing with peers, managers, clients, contractors etc.
