Job Title: Accounts Assistant

Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5:30pm with 1 hour for lunch

Salary: £22,308

Location: Canterbury, Kent

Your duties as an Accounts Assistant would be:

  • Bank reconciliation
  • Banking
  • Inputting Contractor invoices
  • Payments of landlords and contractors
  • Bank reconciliation
  • Arrears Management
  • Prepare Landlords statements
  • Prepare Contractor Remittance Advice
  • Register Deposits

Skills/experience required:

  • The ideal candidate will be studying for their AAT
  • Previous experience as an Accounts Assistant is preferred but not essential as training will be provided
  • You will need to be organised and have a methodical approach to work with strong attention to detail
  • Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
