I am searching for a talented and motivated Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join an award-winning practice in Canterbury. The well-established practice provides creative and innovative designs across the commercial, retail, education and hospitality projects. The team creates high-quality and sustainable designs and always exceed client expectations.

The successful Part 2 Architectural Assistant will be motivated to develop and progress their career and will have sufficient experience in industry. You will have creative design flare and excellent technical skills. You must live within a commutable distance of Canterbury and Revit knowledge is beneficial.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Part 2 Architectural Assistant:

• Completed RIBA Part One and RIBA Part Two qualifications
• Sufficient experience in a UK-based Architecture practice (either as a Part 1 or Part 2)
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent knowledge of current UK building regulations
• Designing and modelling projects whilst collaborating with senior team members
• Supporting Project Architects and attend design meetings
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Great technical abilities
• Proficient using Revit
• Must live within a commutable distance of Canterbury
