About the company and role:
I'm delighted to be supporting a multi-award-winning and RIBA Chartered practice in their new appointment of a talented Senior Project Architect! My client currently works across a diverse range of sectors so if successful, you can expect to work on Education, Sport, Healthcare, Mixed Use, Hotel and Commercial projects.
My client is well established, having formed in 2011 and currently have a medium sized team made up of Architectural, Graphic Design & Office professionals.
With this role, the ideal candidate will have substantial years industry experience, with several years of this working as a Project Architect.
Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Senior Project Architect:
- ARB Registered with several years working as a Project Architect.
- Substantial years industry experience in full.
- Strong design and technical skills apparent in your submitting portfolio.
- The ability to work to a high standard both individually and part of a team.
- A strong communicator and confident when client facing.
- Strong AutoCAD and Adobe skills and Revit would be preferred.
- A good understanding of the UK building regulations and planning policies.
- Excellent time management and organisation skills.
- Support and mentor the more junior members of the team.
- Work along side the Directors in key business and project decisions.
- Follow and promote company standards, procedures and processed.
