Dubai Principal Consultant/Director, £40-60k OTE £100K+ hybrid/remote (must be happy to attend Canterbury office 2-3 times a month initially, then relocate to Dubai after 6-9 months for a leading Property recruitment company.

As an Associate Director purely focused on overseeing the growth and development of the office in Dubai, you’ll be focused on winning new clients and bringing in roles for the team to successfully complete.

Reporting to a Director, you will be responsible for the smooth running and management of the Dubai desk. You will also be expected to line manage any junior recruiters who join the Dubai team, of which there is currently one junior.

Alongside making sure your team is run effectively; you will also be responsible for achieving your own quarterly billings target of £50,000.

Focusing on 4 main areas:

  • Business development & key account management
  • Personal work & billings. You will be expected to hit your quarterly, six-month and annual target.
  • Line management for one Dubai junior
  • Expected to attend senior team events and meetings in which general business matters will be discussed.

Ideal candidate will have 4 years + experience in a highly technical industry such as finance, tech, property (preferably in the housebuilding/property market).

  • Established a recruitment desk internationally, with clear focus on business development
  • Minimum of 2 years running the international recruitment desk - with demonstratable data to prove it
  • Minimum of 1 year’s direct line management experience ideal
  • Experience setting and managing quarterly/ half year targets and experience in breaking these down into weekly actions
  • Ability to demonstrate activity around managing and reviewing data/ activity analytics
  • Able to set and deliver and divisional strategy i.e. we are here and want to get there and then actively implement the strategy
  • Have experience overseeing monthly/ quarterly performance reviews against target and data
  • Proven track record of billing success
