Duties and Responsibilities for the role of Chef
- Deliver daily kitchen service and food standards
- Work as a team to deliver and follow all safe working standards
- Help manage inventory and kitchen purchasing needs
- Ensure daily logs and schedules are adhered to
- Operate to hygiene standards at all times
- Ensure services are delivered as smoothly as possible
- Prepare of End of day procedure
Personal Specification for the role of Chef
- Must have 2 years of experience in a Chef role previously
- Must be able to operate and flourish under fast-paced scenarios
- It is essential that the candidate has strong communication skills
- Ability to coach and teach others would be highly desirable
