THE SOUS CHEF ROLE
Working in a dark kitchen, you'll be responsible for preparing and cooking fresh, high-quality dishes for delivery and takeaway customers. Your role will include:
- Cooking fresh dishes to high standards for large order volumes
- Ensuring consistency in presentation and taste
- Working efficiently during peak delivery times
- Supporting other chefs and maintaining a clean, organised kitchen
