Position: Plumbing Site Supervisor
Salary: 55,000 - 65,000 (DOE)
Location: Various sites within Kent
We are seeking a dedicated Plumbing Site Supervisor to oversee plumbing operations on a number ofconstruction sites. This role is crucial for ensuring all activities adhere to safety standards and project specifications while keeping timelines on track.
Key Responsibilities for a Plumbing Site Supervisor
- Supervise daily plumbing operations, ensuring that installations meet quality and safety standards.
- Coordinate with project managers and other trades to align work schedules and resolve site issues promptly.
- Conduct regular site inspections and report on progress, challenges, and safety compliance.
- Manage and mentor a team of plumbers, apprentices, and subcontractors.
- Ensure that all plumbing tools and equipment are correctly maintained and stored.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including timesheets and compliance records.
Essential Qualifications for a Plumbing Site Supervisor
- Proven experience as a Plumbing Site Supervisor or similar role within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, and installations.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Valid plumbing trade qualifications and safety certifications.
