REMOTE ROLE/ BUT ROLE LARGELY BASED IN THE SOUTH OF ENGLAND

Parker Young is delighted to be partnering with, for the first time in the UK, our multimillion dollar t/o client, who supply over 40 million end users across Europe and have pledged huge investment in the UK, with what will be Europe’s biggest manufacturing site of its kind, in order to both significantly impact and improve sustainability credentials in the UK market, but also to capitalise on the huge growth opportunity they see in the UK market.

As Key Account Manager, you will join and experienced sales team who are already established in the UK, to drive, lead and develop sales growth with a broad B2B customer base.

You will be responsible for managing a number of established wholesaler and end-consumer accounts, analysing markets and identify trends for the acquisition of new customers and ensuring the constant supply of new products are placed in the appropriate parts of the market.

We are looking for an ambitious FMCG/ Consumer Goods sales specialist, with the ability to analyse complex markets and develop selling opportunities

You will be an active listener, able to ask the right questions and demonstrate an ability to adapt to different types of customers accordingly. We are looking for someone with great negotiation and solution selling skills and the ability to showcase the benefits when demonstrating products or services.

Critically, we need to see strong proven experience in selling goods into OOH and HORECA markets and while a particular product category isn’t essential, it would be highly beneficial to have sold complimentary products in the cleaning, chemical, tissue industries.
