An exciting opportunity has arrived for a popular brand as Transaction Manager at a main car dealership. The Transaction Manager is to create an exciting experience for car buyers so that the customer does not buy a car from anywhere.

The Transaction Manager is responsible for enhancing customer relationships and progressing the sale of the car, F&I, service plans and accessories. Ability to gain customer trust and build loyalty with the customer.

This is a very 'handson’ role working closely with the Sales Manager to ensure the team achieve their targets on new & used car sales, finance and renewals including compliance audits, add-on’s, lead management and customer satisfaction targets.

The successful applicant will be expected to help stack deals (including valuing part exchange cars) for the sales consultants and second face customers when required.

Responsibilities will include

Part exchange valuationsTailoring Finance PackagesEnsure forcasted sales are achieved for the branch

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist the sales team with the sale of the car, accessories, paint protection, GAP and insurance productsGenerate GAP and Insurance Policies in line with company standardsProcess finance documents for payout produce finance quotes and proposalsProcess and record deposit payments along with final balancesPart exchange appraisal and price deliveryAbility to close salesAssess the needs and requirements for every customer at point of orderReport to sales manager on deal by deal basis all income generated by product typeEncourage showroom (or home where required) visits when enquiries are by telephone or onlineEnsure all customer details are recorded and entered onto the enquiry management systemRespond to customer requests for information in line with company standardsResponsible for contacting all 'lastchance' finance leads

Key Skills/Attributes Required:

High level of attention to detail along with a a passion for customer satisfaction and service, must be a team player with a can-do attitudeFCA accreditation requiredExcellent knowledge of finance and related systems.Knowledge of insurance productsA good understanding of car valuations and advanced negotiation skills.
