Location: Canterbury, Kent

Job Type: Full-Time

Working Hours:

· Monday to Thursday: 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

· Friday: 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

· Office-based with site visits

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Contracts Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for programming, valuing variations, and managing the entire mechanical contract. This role requires the ability to run three projects simultaneously, with project values ranging from £1 million to £10 million.

Key Responsibilities:

· Oversee and manage mechanical contracts from inception to completion

· Program and schedule project timelines

· Value and manage variations to contracts

· Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards

· Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers

· Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality

· Prepare and present project reports

Requirements:

· Proven experience in managing mechanical contracts

· Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

· Strong organizational and project management skills

· Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

· Preferably residing in Kent
