Our client would like to recruit 2 driven individuals to join their team of 14, with a focus on growth and expansion, this role offers an excellent opportunity to drive our client's strategy and deliver exceptional services to their valued customers, as well as earning some incredible commission...!

As a New Business Client Partner, you will be a subject matter expert in delivering services to B2B customers. Your collaborative nature will shine as you work alongside sales, technical, engineering, and operations teams to provide top-tier customer service. With your enthusiasm and professionalism, you will confidently engage with customers, articulating commercial offerings and building strong relationships.

You'll be working for an extremely successful company, on the outskirts of Canterbury, who have grown from 35 staff to 89. Our client would like us to introduce enthusiastic, professional, confident and articulate individuals, who will spend 2 days working in the office and 3 days out visiting customers in Kent and the South East area (Please note electric pool cars are available to use).

Job Title: Client Partner - New Business

Location: Near Canterbury, Kent

Hybrid: This role is office based and or/travelling to client sites and company locations. There is the option to work from home, once you've passed probation, as and when needed, but predominantly you'll be in the office for team catch ups or meeting clients on site.

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 O.T.E approx. £60,000 in your first year, you can start earning bonus immediately and this is paid monthly

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5:30pm

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Building and maintaining collaborative relationships with new customers, ensuring excellent customer relationship management.
  • Collaborating with Marketing to execute successful campaigns, following up on leads promptly.
  • Strategically developing commercial accounts, identifying growth opportunities, and expanding across various sectors.
  • Demonstrating product knowledge and effectively communicating the value of offerings to customers.
  • Creating comprehensive proposals, tailored to customer objectives, budgets, and constraints.
  • Facilitating smooth transition and interface across teams, including National Accounts, ensuring customer requirements are met.

Requirements for this role:

  • Proven experience in new business development, within B2B.
  • Track record of preparing solutions and costs within specified budgets.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into non-technical language.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with partners and clients.
  • Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Ability to develop effective working relationships across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Possession of a UK driver's licence and willingness to travel to customer sites as required.
