SummaryYou will be responsible for programming works, valuing variations, and ensuring the successful delivery of mechanical contracts within budget and schedule.

You must be capable of running three simultaneous projects with values ranging between £1-10 million. Due to the location, you must be a driver with a UK driving license. The hours will be 8am - 5.30pm Monday to Thursday and 8am - 4:30 pm on a Friday.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage mechanical contracts, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Plan and coordinate all mechanical works, ensuring smooth execution and adherence to deadlines.
  • Value variations, manage costs, and ensure financial performance is optimised.
  • Oversee contractual obligations, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and best practices.
  • Liaise with site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project progress aligns with expectations.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.

Requirements

  • Experience within the building services sector highly desirable.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical services, including HVAC, plumbing, and associated systems.
  • Excellent financial acumen with experience in valuing variations and cost control.
  • Strong organisational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with project teams.
  • Full UK driving licence.
