Are you an experienced Conveyancing Executive looking to join a well-established and supportive firm? A fantastic opportunity has arisen to become part of a friendly and highly skilled team in a firm that values longevity and professional development.The Role:This role involves managing a varied caseload of residential property conveyancing matters, including:
  • Sales and purchases (freehold and leasehold)
  • New builds
  • Re-mortgages
  • Lease extensions
You will be supported with full training on internal systems and benefit from a structured team environment consisting of a conveyancing fee earner, Paralegal and Secretary.About You:
  • Minimum of 1 year’s experience managing a conveyancing caseload
  • Strong knowledge of residential property law and procedures
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A proactive approach to client service and case progression
