  • Freehold and leasehold purchases and sales
  • Newly built properties
  • Re-financing matters
  • Leasehold term extensions
You will receive thorough guidance on the firm’s internal processes and work within a well-structured team comprising a conveyancer, legal assistant, and administrative support.About You:
  • At least 12 months of experience running your own residential conveyancing files
  • Sound understanding of property law and conveyancing practices
  • Strong interpersonal and time-management abilities
  • Confident working both independently and collaboratively
  • Committed to delivering high standards of client care and file progression
