Freehold and leasehold purchases and sales
Newly built properties
Re-financing matters
Leasehold term extensions

You will receive thorough guidance on the firm’s internal processes and work within a well-structured team comprising a conveyancer, legal assistant, and administrative support.About You:

At least 12 months of experience running your own residential conveyancing files
Sound understanding of property law and conveyancing practices
Strong interpersonal and time-management abilities
Confident working both independently and collaboratively
Committed to delivering high standards of client care and file progression
