Key Responsibilities:- Handle estates and facilities-related queries efficiently.
- Log issues and maintain accurate records to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage a high volume workload, ensuring tasks are completed in a timely manner.
- Perform data entry tasks with attention to detail.
- Answer phone calls and assist customers, providing effective and friendly service.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong IT proficiency, with the ability to navigate various systems.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Competitive hourly rate of £12.36
