Your Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for customers, delivering exceptional service.
- Manage bookings, repairs, and service inquiries with efficiency.
- Upsell additional products and services where appropriate.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor is ideal, but candidates with a strong customer service background will also be considered.
- A proactive, professional, and customer-centric approach.
- A full UK driving licence is required.
