Position: ASD Teaching Assistant As an ASD Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with Autism Spectrum Disorder to reach their full potential. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing one-on-one support to students with ASD.
  • Implementing tailored strategies to support individual learning needs.
  • Collaborating with teachers and other support staff to create an inclusive and positive learning environment.
  • Monitoring and recording student progress.
  • Building strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.

Qualifications and Skills: To be successful in this role, you should possess:

Hold the right to work in the UK

Hold an enhanced child-only DBS on the update service or be willing to get a new one. A new one costs £46 and we will pay you back the £46 once you have worked 20 days for us

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Understanding of ASD and experience working with children with diverse needs.

Patience, empathy, and a passion for making a positive impact on students' lives.

No specific qualifications needed as we run a TA School where we can prepare you for work as a TA!
