SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Electrical Contracts Manager to oversee and manage electrical contracts from inception to completion. You will be responsible for programming works, valuing variations, and ensuring the smooth delivery of projects.

You must be capable of running three simultaneous projects with values ranging between £1-10 million. Due to the location, you must be a driver with a UK driving license. The hours will be 8am - 5.30pm Monday to Thursday and 8am - 4:30 pm on a Friday.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the full lifecycle of electrical contracts, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion.
  • Manage and coordinate project programming and scheduling.
  • Assess and value contract variations, ensuring accurate financial control.
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and compliance with project requirements.
  • Ensure projects adhere to health and safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Provide leadership and direction to project teams, ensuring high performance and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in managing electrical contracts of similar value and scale.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical installation processes and regulations.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong commercial awareness, with experience in valuations and cost control.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant project management software and tools.
  • Full UK driving license.
