Job Description: We are currently seeking a motivated and dynamic Graduate Recruitment Resourcer to join our Canterbury team on a full-time basis. This role is perfect for individuals who are enthusiastic about the education sector and have a flair for connecting with people.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and identify potential candidates for various education roles, including teachers, teaching assistants, and support staff.
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate suitability.
  • Maintain and update our candidate database.
  • Collaborate with recruitment consultants to understand client needs and requirements.
  • Assist in creating engaging job advertisements and promoting them across various platforms.
  • Build strong relationships with candidates and clients, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and education market needs.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in recruitment or human resources is desirable but not essential.
