I'm pleased to be supporting a long-standing client of mine who are part of the AJ100 list. The practice has several studios across the UK and have over 250 employees across these offices. My client is known for creating places that foster human connection while adding commercial, civic, environmental, and social value and they work across a diverse range of sectors.

The ideal candidate will have several years UK based experience, made up of Part 2 and/ or Part 1 industry experience. You should boast a positive attitude and strong design skills.

Skills, Experience & Responsibilities for the role of Part 2 Architectural Assistant:

  • RIBA Part 1 and 2 qualifications.
  • UK based experience is essential for the role.
  • Sound knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, Sketchup and Adobe.
  • Strong verbal and communication skills.
  • Support the senior members of the team across RIBA stages.
  • Attend site meetings with Project Architects.
  • Keep to strict deadlines, whilst maintaining a high standard of work.
  • Keenness and eagerness to do well in the position and further grow and progress.
  • Participate in internal CPD presentations.
  • Good design awareness.
  • Living within a commutable distance of Canterbury.
