Description

Participating in financial audits

Manage and develop the core Finance Team including setting their objectives and supporting delivery.

Management of the day-to-day activity of the finance function ensuring that all controls and procedures are in place and adhered to.

Assist the Senior Finance Manager with the delivery of timely and accurate statutory and management accounts, including written commentary and insights, balance sheet reconciliations and cash flow reporting whilst also monitoring and improving the robustness of the financial processes and controls. This includes actively considering and recommending improvements to processes within the finance function and systems

Responsible for preparing the month-end processes ensuring costs and income suitably accrued, prepaid, or deferred as appropriate. With timely reports and commentary to the Senior Finance Manager

Profile

A successful Assistant Finance Manager should have:
