We are seeking a talented FP&A Analyst Manager to lead our financial planning and analysis team, driving strategic decision-making and business growth.
FP&A Manager Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the financial planning and analysis function, providing insights to support strategic initiatives.
- Develop and manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling processes.
- Analyse financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business planning and performance.
- Present financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
FP&A Manager Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, with a strong track record in leadership roles.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in financial modelling and data analysis tools.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Relevant finance qualifications (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA) are desirable.
