Job Title: HGV1 Walking Floor Driver
Location: Canterbury
Salary: £18.00 - £18.50 per hour
About Us:
We are a currently recruiting for a scrap metals company and seeking an experienced HGV1 walking floor Driver.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely drive and operate a HGV1 walking floor vehicle to move waste and recycling.
- Maintain excellent customer service while interacting with clients at collection points.
- Perform routine vehicle checks and report any issues to ensure the vehicle remains roadworthy.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and health and safety regulations.
- Complete relevant paperwork and log entries accurately.
- Requirements:
- Cat CE Driving Licence
- Valid CPC & Digital Tachograph
- Over the age of 21 for Insurance purposes
- HGV1 walking floor driving experience is desirable
- Must have held Cat CE Licence for 6+ months due to insurance purposes
