A client based in Canterbury is recruiting for an Accounts Assistant, the ideal candidate will be currently studying AAT level 3 or 4 or have basic accounts admin experience.

- Dealing with Deposit Returns
- Liaising with clients on the telephone
- Preparing Budgets & Forecasts
- Petty Cash
- Tenant Invoicing

- Banking (Cardnet, Worldpay, Cash & Cheque)
- Input Contractor Invoices
- Payments of landlords and contractors
- Arrears Management (Student)
- Bank Reconciliation

- Arrears Management
- Prepare Landlords Statements
- Prepare Contractor Remittance Advice
- Register Deposits
Monthly Tasks
- TDS Reconciliations
- Postage Manage Stamps & Online Postages
- Prepare Budgets/Forecasts
- Prepare Fee Reports
