JobDescription:WeareseekingaPlannertoassistinthepreparationandexecutionofconstructionprojects.ThePlannerwillberesponsibleforcreatingdetailedprojectprograms,coordinatingwithvariousstakeholders,andensuringprojectsarecompletedontimeandwithinbudget.

KeyResponsibilities:

Developdetailedprojectplansandschedules.
Coordinatewitharchitects,engineers,contractors,andotherstakeholders.
Monitorprojectprogressandmakeadjustmentsasneeded.
Ensurecompliancewithallrelevantregulationsandstandards.
Preparereportsanddocumentationforprojectmanagement.

Requirements:

Bachelor'sdegreeinBuilding,CivilEngineering,orarelatedfield.
Minimumof3yearsofexperienceinaplanningorconstructionrole.
Strongorganizationalandprojectmanagementskills.
Excellentcommunicationandinterpersonalskills.
Proficiencyinprojectmanagementsoftware(e.g.,MSProject,Primavera).
