The RTR Group are a well-established Building and Property services company operating in Essex, Kent and across the UK and we are looking for the right candidate to join our Maintenance Division.
Our employees and customers are at the heart of everything we do and through recent growth we are now seeking a Plumber Multi Trade to join our great team.

Predominately working in and around South East of England and when required across Essex and London.
Working hours Monday to Friday - 8am to 4.30pm
24hr call out rota.
Experience:
- Perform inspections, install and repairs on plumbing fixtures
- Diagnose and carry out plumbing issues, leaks and pipework replacement
- Bathroom and kitchen fitting.
- Experience in general building maintenance, Painting/Decorating, basic electrical, basic roofing, Tiling, fencing, drainage, locks void works
- Various carpentry works
- Quoting works
- Carry out risk assessments
- Skills/ Knowledge:
- Minimum of 3 years in a multi-skilled maintenance role.
- Ability to carry out physical tasks and lifting in accordance with health and safety guidelines.
- Work in a timely and productive manner to complete jobs unsupervised to a high standard.
- Work to Health & Safety professional standards, including commitment to and understanding of company policies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Hold a current driving licence.
