CAD TECHNICIAN

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled CAD Technician to join a dynamic team based in Petham, just outside Canterbury. This role involves working on various CAD-related tasks, including schematics, as-installed drawings, minor sketches, and sheeting/tagging 2D CAD drawings from Revit models.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND SKILLS

• Produce and update CAD drawings, including schematics and as-installed drawings.

• Work on minor sketches and sheeting/tagging 2D CAD drawings from Revit models.

• Ensure all drawings comply with project standards and company requirements.

• Collaborate closely with Revit engineers, design teams, and other project stakeholders.

• Interpret specifications, schedules, and technical submittals accurately.

• Work to deadlines, ensuring high-quality outputs.

• Maintain flexibility and adaptability within a fast-paced work environment.

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in AutoCAD MEPH and Microsoft Office products.

• Basic understanding of Revit.

• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently with provided information and specifications.

• Own transport is required due to office location.

• Ability to travel to the office daily.

WORKING HOURS

• Monday to Thursday: 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM

• Friday: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
