Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging and well-structured Biology lessons in line with the curriculum.
• Inspire students through hands-on experiments, interactive learning, and critical thinking activities.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support achievement.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity and scientific inquiry.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and enhance the science curriculum.
• Stay up to date with advancements in biology and incorporate them into lessons.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
• Previous experience teaching Biology at the secondary level is highly desirable.
• Strong subject knowledge and the ability to engage students of all abilities.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• A genuine passion for science education and inspiring young learners.
