About The Company:An established and multi-faceted company servicing the construction sector across the South-East, they are actively looking for a Payroller to join their long-standing team.The Role:We are looking for a Payroll Manager to join our client.  In this role you will lead a small team to ensure smooth operation of a number of different payrolls, both weekly and monthly. This is an office based role, but my client is open to Part Time or Full Time options.Key Responsibilities:
  • Working closely with the Head of People and Head of Finance.
  • Being a hands-on and key member of the team.
  • Leading on all matters relating to the companies Payrolls’.
  • Completing multiple end-to-end weekly and monthly payrolls for different companies within the group.
Desirable Skills:
  • Qualified, or QBE, CIPP with a demonstrable background in SME Businesses.
  • Previous experience of CIS Payroll
  • Demonstrable background in best practice payroll processes and systems.
