This role is remote but you will be visiting the trusts when needed. We are looking for a candidate with excellent communication skills to support contacting employees to find a self-determined resolution to their concerns for independent and confidential staff liaison service.The RoleTo provide independent, confidential liaison for all staffTo support contacting employees to find a self-determined resolution to their concerns by telephone and/or in personEscalate issues of concern promptly in accordance with agreed timescalesSurface issues for the organisation which might otherwise be unknownPromote an environment of Freedom To Speak UpProvide support for staff who feel unable to raise issues internally or without supportThe CandidateProven management and organisational skills at a midmanagement or higher levelDemonstrable experience of interaction with mid-level and senior Executives, Directors and Non-Executive Directors in addressing concerns and issues.Proven experience of dealing sensitively with difficult issues, to act with integrity and maintain confidentiality as appropriateExperience in giving presentations to small and large groupsStrong report writing skills Experience in communicating at all levels of staff from all disciplines and/or grades.
