Are you ready to take your HR career to the next level? Flk recruitment are delighted to be partnering a growing FMCG organisation with the recruitment of a HR Advisor. This role offers a unique blend of responsibilities that will allow you to make a significant impact within a dynamic organisation. As the Human Resources Advisor, you will be at the heart of the HR function, providing expert guidance and support to line managers and employees alike.

Within the role you will be involved with:

  • Providing advice and guidance to managers on HR matters including policy, procedures, employment law, and employee relations.
  • Supporting line managers with disciplinary, grievance, and absence management cases.
  • Partnering with employees and managers to promote Occ Health to promote and maintain employee health and wellbeing.
  • Coaching and educating managers in developing their HR knowledge and people management skills
  • Updating the HR Information System (HRIS) to support with key decision making and identify future trends through the generation of high-quality reports
  • Partnering with business leaders to support with recruitment activity across a variety of functions
  • Identifying training and development requirements, providing training and coaching for managers on HR-related topics.
  • Supporting the HR team with a range of projects and initiatives as they arise.

As the ideal candidate you will be Level 5 CIPD qualified as a minimum and have previous experience of working as a HR Officer / HR Advisor ideally within a multi-site environment. Your knowledge of HR Systems will be excellent and you will be someone who recognises the importance of data when making decisions. The role will be site based with the occasional opportunity to work from home.
