Customer Support Executive 

Salary - to £24K 

Location: Canterbury, Kent

Are you looking for a customer focused role with a company that really looks after their staff, where you will learn new skills within a technology environment and that offers excellent career potential? My client will consider someone with either the required competencies on their own, or also with relevant customer services and or experience working in a front line technology support role. If any of these profiles fits then please read on and submit your CV and we will be in touch. 

Responsibilities

  • Customer Support activities focused around resolving user issues either immediately or escalating to the relevant team if unable to fix the problem. 
  • Logging issues and tasks on the system and keeping this up to date. 
  • Communicate with customers via email, phone, online calls or internal system.
  • Giving online demonstrations to interested potential customers. 

Requirements

  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills 
  • A passion for service excellence
  • Ability to use initiative and work well with other technical team members when required.
  • Computer literate and an interest in technology. NOTE: This is not a highly technical role but more the front line interface with customers and potential customers so able to pick up an understanding how the software system works from a users perspective. 
  • Ability to use initiative
