This role is initially a 6 month contract.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the roll out of a new HR Information System, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and user adoption.
  • Oversee data migration, maintain data integrity, and develop HR metrics to support decision-making.
  • Establish efficient HR workflows and continuously enhance system functionality.
  • Create user guides and provide training to ensure effective system usage.
  • Assist with ER cases if desired, expanding HR knowledge and experience.

Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with excellent organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritise tasks efficiently.
