Role Overview:

We are looking for a Billing Administrator to manage the invoicing process for Non-Recurring Revenue (NRR), including hardware, engineering time, and project-based invoicing. You will ensure invoices are accurate, match purchase orders and contracts, and are processed efficiently to support the business’s cash flow. This role involves working closely with sales account managers, project managers, and procurement teams to guarantee timely and correct invoicing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process invoices for hardware, kit, engineering time, and project work (including milestone billing).
  • Ensure customer invoices align with purchase orders and contracts.
  • Resolve customer invoice queries promptly and efficiently.
  • Work to month-end deadlines to maximise financial performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Procurement, and Project Management) to ensure all invoicing requirements are met.
  • Maintain accuracy in financial records, verifying costs and product details.
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis to ensure all billable work is invoiced correctly.

About You:

  • Previous experience in invoicing, finance administration, or billing.
  • Familiarity with finance platforms (e.g., Sage 200) is desirable.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
  • A team player who can work effectively with stakeholders across different departments.
  • Problem-solving skills with a proactive and customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage workloads efficiently.
  • A willingness to learn, develop, and go the extra mile.

Salary & Benefits:
