My client has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join their team on a hybrid basis from their offices in Canterbury or Margate, Kent.

You will handle a varied caseload whilst providing clients with high-quality commercial advice. You will be responsible for but not limited to the following files.

• Leases/renewals and assignments.• Acquisitions and disposals of Commercial Property and Land.• Development work

The ideal candidate will have 3 years+ PQE will be responsible for:

• Contracts subject to planning• Sales and purchases• Asset sales and purchases• Overages and options• Commercial lending• Leases - granting and assignment• Running your own transactions day to day, whilst also assisting with the team’s property development caseload• Acting for developers, occupiers, high net worth individuals, retailers, lenders and borrowers, and• Developing and, latterly, growing our commercial client offering.
