A well-respected client is seeking a Litigation Solicitor to join their Dispute Resolution team in Margate or Canterbury.
The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in handling litigated matters across various legal areas.
Experience in property law, employment law, probate and will disputes, contracts, boundary disputes, and general commercial litigation is required.
The position offers flexibility for full-time or part-time work, along with support for relocation to either Canterbury or Margate.
