Dispute Resolution LawyerThanet, KentMonday - Friday 9am - 5pm KHR are partnered with one of East Kent's leading legal practices; who have a fantastic opportunity for a Dispute Resolution Lawyer to join their well-established firm known for its excellent client relationships and local market leadership.This role is ideal for someone with significant expertise in resolving conflict who is seeking a mid-level role within a progressive and client-focused practice.Key Responsibilities of the Dispute Resolution Lawyer:- Represent clients in a broad range of disputes, including property law (landlord and tenant), employment law, probate and will disputes, contracts, boundary disputes, and general commercial litigation- Handle all aspects of litigation, including drafting court documents, witness statements, instructions to experts, and managing complex cases- Regularly issue court proceedings and represent clients in court- Provide high-quality client care and maintain strong relationships, demonstrating empathy, integrity, and excellent interpersonal skillsCandidate Profile- At least three years post-qualification experience in litigation- Strong knowledge of litigation processes and experience with court proceedings- Well-rounded skillset across various areas of law, with the ability to manage a varied caseload- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment, ensuring attention to detail and excellent client care- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skillsCompetitive salary on offer depending on experience.Benefits include:- 25 days holiday plus paid bank holidays- Hybrid, 2 days per week WFH maximum once 6-month probation is passed - Pension scheme- Discretionary bonus scheme- Car parking and season ticket loans where applicableAt KHR we take care to ensure that you are represented as well as possible so it is worth checking your CV for layout, spelling and grammar as well as making sure it is up to date before you submit.
