Key Responsibilities:
Case Management: Handle a diverse caseload of dispute resolution matters, including but not limited to commercial disputes, contractual disagreements, property disputes, and civil litigation.
Client Representation: Provide strategic legal advice to clients and act as their advocate throughout the dispute resolution process. Effectively communicate complex legal matters to clients and manage their expectations.
Legal Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth legal research to build strong arguments and stay up-to-date with relevant laws and regulations. Analyze evidence and assess potential risks and benefits for clients.
Negotiation and Mediation: Engage in alternative dispute resolution methods such as negotiation and mediation to resolve cases amicably and efficiently.
Litigation: Prepare legal documents, draft pleadings, and represent clients in court proceedings, demonstrating excellent advocacy skills.
Collaboration: Collaborate with other practice areas within the firm, including commercial law and employment law, to provide comprehensive legal support to clients.
Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong professional relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering personalized legal solutions.
Qualifications and Experience:
路 Qualified solicitor with at least 1 years of experience in dispute resolution and civil litigation.
路 Demonstrable expertise in handling complex dispute resolution cases with a track record of successful outcomes.
路 Strong knowledge of relevant laws, statutes, and regulations related to dispute resolution.
路 Excellent communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
路 Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple cases efficiently.
路 Confidence in presenting complex legal matters to clients in a clear and concise manner.
路 Client-focused approach with a commitment to delivering outstanding legal services.
