- Providing support with intricate estate matters, including domestic and international property and tax considerations.
- Managing the preparation and administration of Wills, estates, and Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs).
- Delivering client-focused service, whether in the office, at their residence, or in a hospital setting.
- Participating in departmental meetings and undertaking relevant training courses to ensure up-to-date expertise and skills.
- Minimum of 5 years PQE in Private Client matters (although all levels will be considered)
- Proven experience handlings wills and LPA’s
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive and confident approach to work with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Competitive salary of £50,000–£60,000, dependent on experience.
- Role based in Canterbury, Kent, with flexibility for 1–2 days of remote work per week (subject to agreement).
- Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
