We’re seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Commercial Property Legal Secretary to join a busy, friendly, and diverse team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a background in commercial or residential property law to support three fee-earners, including two partners, in a dynamic environment.About the Role Your responsibilities will include:
  • Audio dictation and preparing correspondence.
  • File management: opening, maintaining, and closing files.
  • Conducting compliance checks, including AML processes.
  • Performing Land Registry searches and other legal administrative tasks.
  • Scanning documents and handling client communications.
You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of a busy property department.About You We’re looking for someone who:
  • Has experience as a Commercial Property Legal Secretary (ideal but not essential).
  • Is confident working independently and can hit the ground running.
  • May have residential property experience with a desire to step into the commercial property field.
  • Displays excellent organisational and communication skills.
Legal Assistants with a strong background in property law may also be considered.What’s on Offer
